If the institution specifies a particular expertise requirement in the opportunity, only profiles that include this specification can apply.
For example, a Violinist would need to include 'Baroque Violin,' or a Soprano might need to specify 'Soprano I.'
You can add this specification under Menu > Profiles > select profile > Profile Details, then scroll down to the section "Expertise" to add the specification.
