No. If you want to have two or more different CV/Resumes to use them alternatively while applying for position in different institutions (for instance, a baroque orchestra and a symphony orchestra), you can can create another Profile within the same account and use the relevant Profile to apply for the position.
Click on the Menu, then Profile, then the "+" button to add a new profile.
